It’s been 2 years and 4 months since we ended and as much as I value everything she gave me in the relationship and the lessons I got after, there’s a piece of my soul missing and took it when she left and I haven’t been the same since and I probably never will because she’s not coming back, grief used to be the word I’d use to describe this feeling but now I just feel empty less than not myself, she completed me my life if you will I’d never felt such love from anyone in my life I’d never felt so safe but when she left my whole world shifted and if broke me in ways I’ll never fully recover from, I’ll always love her she’s my soulmate and that happiness that love the way just being around her felt like a warm hug I’ll always miss that but most of all I’ll just miss her
