I’ve always said I’ll never be legally married. I’ll propose to the right person and we can have a wedding but I any signing nothing.

Tristan is speaking facts, I've been feeling this way for so long and I feel like the Holy Spirit been leading me to understand the true meaning of marriage. And that's just with God as your witness, the husband and the wife and the people there are the witness of your marriage. You do not need a contract sign for the government at all.

I do love this take just in case anyone wants to proceed in their relationships like this, you can still get some of the benefits of a legal marriage through other means like medical healthcare attorney so if something happens and you can't speak for yourself your partner gets a say in your care, instead of it going to your next of kin
