something thats helped me sooo much is being mindful while I eat. slowing down while I eat. intentionally tasting and fully chewing each bite. allowing myself to fully experience the flavor while im chewing. ever since I started doing this ive noticed when my food is gone I feel way more satisfied and less like I wanna continue eating.

Yep! Ditching the all-or-nothing mindset and practicing balance while having grace with myself was a game changer. Also not skipping meals at work & increasing my fat & protein at mealtime.

What are your thoughts on needing something sweet after lunch and dinner.. I try to save enough calories to have something small after lunch that’s sweet and more calories for after dinner 🥰 helps keep my dopamine up looking forward to a sweet treat after dinner lol

Ur beautiful and this is good information. As a 51 year old who has been in the gym daily since 11th grade I still constantly struggle with binge eating, then regret, then repeat. It’s a struggle every day.
