@evelyn.garces_: Last week, we took Casper on what may be his last walk. He’s one of the longest residents we have, and now, he’s scheduled for euthanasia. Casper is a big dog, and at first glance, he might seem a little intimidating behind the bars. But once you meet him, you see he’s all heart. He loves leaning in for hugs, rolling in the grass, and just being close to someone. He’s never stopped hoping someone will choose him. Casper is out of time.
