Yes we booked 5 rooms on super.com in Calgary paid in Feb 2026 when we reached the hotel 4 rooms cancelled only 1 booking was available but they said we had to pay 1000 per day the present day rate 9 of us were in hotel lobby for 4 hours and finally got another hotel for 5 days still trying to get refund
