The footage was recorded by 46-year-old Denisse Wyman, who was driving along the road when she noticed the animals standing near the roadside. As the moose family began making their way across, Denisse and several other motorists stopped their vehicles to give them a safe passage. While the mother moose successfully managed to climb over the highway's central barrier, her twin calves struggled to follow and were unable to cross right away. Traffic slowed briefly as the protective mother waited and tried to guide her young calves safely across the roadway.
