It’s interesting that she stated on her license that she didn’t have any medical conditions that could affect her driving both when she got her license and even AFTER the accident when she renewed her license. That would be extremely difficult to overcome, imo.

You proved them all wrong and got that not guilty verdict from those 12 jurors and your client walked out that court room a free man.
