Check to see if the sales came from your organic posts or were they from ads (ads commissions are usually less) + check your orders to see if any of the orders were actually cancelled or returned (you won’t get commission for those). After all that make sure to reach out to the brand to let them know!

So that happened to me so here’s the run down lol because I put a investigation lol there’s companies that take 30 days. If there’s no returns then they will pay you your commission. I didn’t see mine till after 30 days. I was so mad at first because it wasn’t adding up. Then one day I woke up with it all in my account but it was after 30 days. 😩

Couple of things: if someone clicks and gets a sample from your video you will get the GMV but you will get no commission the other thing:you may have some videos that are on ads meaning the commission is a lot lower versus if you just have organic videos with no ads, also maybe you have UK orders and those do not show up in your US orders so check your UK tab I’ve been an affiliate for a year and keeping up with commissions is probably the hardest thing that you can do nothing ever truly seems right

Check the affiliate orders so you can see what it is…a lot of companies change it or the ad commissions are super low

Same thing has been happening to me for the last 2 weeks, I put in two tickets to TT and I just received an automated message it was fixed but hasn’t. I did ask my community and they indicated things have switched to 30+ days for orders to be delivered and than I believe the customer still gets some time to be able to return items.

These brand are ass*oles. They will give you a commission but if you sell something from “shops ads” they will lower the commission A LOT. Your commission from normal fyp traction will be 20% and the shop ads commission will be 10%. Brands are the ones doing this. Idk if I’m explaining it right but try promoting other brands such as medicube. They keep their shop ads commission the same % as regular sales
