Sprayed the Zenu’ah Naturals Fenugreek Tea directly on scalp 2. Applied the Zenu’ah Naturals Infused Ze Oil directly to scalp 3. Massaged gently for 3-5 minutes Length Retention Routine: 3-step Moisturizing Routine 1. Sprayed Zenu’ah Naturals Fenugreek Spray on the hair 2. Applied Zenu’ah Naturals Leave-in Smoothie (cream moisturizer) to the damp hair and gently worked it in. 3. Applied Zenu’ah Naturals Sealant Oil and gently worked it in (these 3 steps were done every few days to prevent dryness and breakage) On Wash Days (every 2 weeks) 1. Washed hair with Zenu’ah Naturals Cleanse Strong Shampoo 2. Applied Zenu’ah Naturals Deep Conditioner or rinse out Conditioner (alternate them on wash days) covered and steamed for about 30 minutes.
