@onlyhalaleats: First time experiencing pho they got everything at ridgeway honestly nice to have some diverse food options. I did my throughly investigation they only serve halal food. Their supplier are Iqbal foods and Helen meat packers pls do your diligence for your sake if youre still concerned. Great ppl working there..food also hit the spot..again first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect I’ll try having more pho in future to have a more solid critique palatte. A few weeks ago, a staff member claimed the meat was halal, but the pre-made soup wasn't, which is the key reason they couldn't obtain certifiMany pre-made soups contain broth, fat, or seasonings from non-halal sources.
