can speak for everyone but i refused in Rochester ny took it to trial was found not guilty went to the dmv hearing they sent the wrong two cops and I was given my license back

In MA I think you have 15 days from date of arrest to dispute to the real court. If you can argue the officer did not have probable cause to request a chemical test in the first place. And you can keep your license if you win that. Then you still need to go to trail on your criminal case.
