Literally yesterday I had a 8 top all order the special I RECOMENDED… go to put it in and it’s gone. Go back to the table and they all end up getting the other special. Go to put it in and ITS GONE TOO. I had to go back to this table 2 times and tell them we’re out of both things EVERYBODY wanted

We 86ed okra for two days until truck came. Every weekend we 86 sfc and have to wait 20 minute bc we ran out and the line said nothing. We never have campfire soup bc day shift takes all of it and doesn't tell prep. And why are we 86in the daily dish 4 hours before we close
