My mum told me that drinking cordial is not the same as drinking water. I was like it’s still 90% eater though right? She goes “would you say you drank water if you had tea or coffee?” I said yeah?? Its made with water. It doesn’t stop being water right?? Right???

So many people don't realise how dangerous it is to have too much vitamin B! I struggle with drinking normal water so I rotate through sugar free cordial! love all the different flavours you can get now

I feel like in 2015 there was this huge amount of pocket size cordial on the market that looked like these. They were amazing and to this day I am so sad that they are no longer available in Australia. It was so convenient.

I love posh cordials - like Bickfords lemon and barley, or elderflower and rose. BUT - one of the best is a HOT Ribena. Do not knock it until you try it - my English husband put me onto it - Ribena with water from the kettle like you’re making a tea. It is the BEST refreshing winter drink. Hot lemon with lemon cordial also works.

Sugar free cordial is the best! I don’t need help drinking water but I always suggest it to people who do. It’s also a great way to ween off soft drink if you want something sweet to drink
