I have a question for u in regards the IEP u mentioned that social workers ask for the IEP u have to provide that copy or can refuse to give it to them cause they want the copy and most of time they end up reducing ur hrs need help on that

My son has recently had his hours significantly reduced. I have an appeal with them July 1. They are saying that his behaviors aren’t medically necessity for the hours.
