I think the appearance of this magazine now is not a coincidence. As we know, the Cascio family received money from Michael's estate for years. Then, apparently, they decided that was not enough and returned to court. Suddenly, everyone remembered that Michael had allegedly done something inappropriate to them. Until recently, they all seemed to have amnesia, but now they have all awakened at the same time. We should also remember that Vincent Amen is a friend of Frank Cascio. It was Frank Cascio who brought him into Michael's circle and helped him get a job working for Michael. My personal opinion is that this may be some kind of coordinated effort between them, intended to provide the Cascios with additional arguments for their legal case. However, I believe the entire story raises serious questions and does not withstand close scrutiny.

For me, it’s just weird that this supposed “stash” gets blamed on Michael when he admits it was at Frank’s house and Frank gave it to him. I don’t see what that has to do with Michael.
