I’ve dealt with this before and all i did to fix it was i stopped reacting to all of his shitnanigans. See they do everything they do to punish you and to get a rise out of you and if you don’t give them the satisfaction eventually they’ll get bored and back off. It works quite well. It did take a couple of years of me not reacting and screaming into pillows instead. There were a lot of long text messages that I would write out and not send, then delete them. And I don’t know if you’re religious or not but Prayer also helps. I made sure to always keep myself in check no matter what was being done to me and I would live my life according to the way the Bible says to live it and a couple of years of that and we are actually coparenting quite well now. I seriously didn’t think it was possible.
