Omg - thank you! I've been driving since Im 17 - I am 55 now. I used to drive out of state, over bridges. Now, I only drive like 10 miles away. I have such anxiety in the car.

Omg! I feel so validated right now! I avoid highways, heavy traffic, etc. Red lights are a nightmare because I feel trapped because I can’t move. But not all red lights weirdly.

It started out slow for me. First driving at night then making a left turn at a busy intersection. I feel I like I can no longer trust my own judgment as to how far the cars are. Now the idea of merging on to a highway freaks me out. And I have a teenager who’s starting to drive and I’m a wreck about that. Wish I could move to the country where there’s no highways
