Add the beef strips to the crockpot. 2. Top with sliced peppers, onion, and garlic. 3. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper. 4. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. 5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the beef is tender. 6. Mix cornstarch and water together to make a slurry.
