yeah and who wants to bet that the really rarer star wars sets are "missing or not in store" ? they are probably at 1 of their other locations and if i was this family i wouldnt settle for 300k plus their lawyers fees and a signed nda saying that they won't say anymore about how much or where it is or what just that it has been settled and if either side them the franchisee or bricks and minifigs head office say anything that comes with a 500k penalty payable within 5 business days after settlement is reached for the next 10yrs.
