It’s odd how people treat the 2 as mutually exclusive when one doesn’t invalidate the other. If anything, one reinforces the other. What I mean by that is there are likely several men who celebrate pride month who also value mental health.

pretty sure there are also men in the lgdtq community too and not everybody everywhere has to focus on only mens mental health. like yeah its nice to get it addressed but other people also deserve that recognition. also there are more than just 12 groups of people so awareness to multiple issues in one month is kind of inevitable 🤨

It's just America assuming that everyone celebrates holidays on the same timeline. June is mens mental health month in America. everywhere else from what im aware celebrates it in November so idk why they have to be different 🤷🏼♂️

Can I just say as a straight, white, cisgender, American man that indeed struggles with mental health... please continue to support pride month as well. I want nothing more than to see my brothers and sisters in the LGBTQ+ community get the same support and love that I hope to receive. This world is, in fact, big enough for all of us to coexist. 💙
