there is a reason kevlar should NEVER be stored rolled or folded and that's because the layers seperate. Seperation causes penetrations which needless to say are very bad. Even If this had the ability to stop 9mm at one point, consistently rolling will damage it over time. I only know about this because I have worn a bomb suit for 14 years.
