I would look up local bylaws to see if this is even legal. The town I used to live in had a bylaw where you couldn’t do anything about a parking violation unless the car has been stationary for 24 hours.

My complex has a tow truck that drives around the parking lot at night and will tow cars that are parked crooked or have been in the same spot for more than 48 hours. These places 100% do team up with tow and boot companies

MAA did the same thing to me in Texas. They towed cars almost everyday. Got towed on move-in day.

while i do appreciate a building that keeps its lot clear from cars that dont belong, this is bullshit. id be contacting your building and asking for a reduction in parking for the next month. or at least tell them to tell the company they hire to relax a bit.
