My main symptom is flushing and I just started on allegra+pepcid 4 weeks ago. It’s cut the flushing by 50% but I’m having really dry skin. Is this a normal effect of the meds?

Can I use perscribed liquid Cromolyn? I have some left over from when I tried it. It triggered my GI issues too much but I got on Singulair and that helped with most of my symptoms besides the hives lol

Could you tell me the measurements to make a spray out of this..? It’s just hard to apply a cream before triggers so having a spray on the go makes it easier!! Just like glycerin, water, and cromolyn.. but the ratios? Thanks so much 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Wow. What an asset to have someone licensed in Alaska providing care around these issues! Instant follow. Also, just adding to the convo, I suspect I have MCAS & red clover tea/supplements have almost entirely stopped my painful facial flushing.

So, what I’m hearing is the new, what dermatology and I thought were psoriasis patches, could possibly be mast cell related instead?!? They happen so randomly, and they are still happening despite being on a biologic med. I will definitely try this to see if it helps and bring it up at my next visit
