for self taught dances I memorize pretty quickly and in the background there's white music to clear my mind and then I start learning, 9 minutes is pretty good but I've tried to learn a dance in 5 minutes and it was not that memorised so after 2 minutes of trying to memorise it it's become easy. Everything i learn its always in a room with a mirror, white noise, make sure the song is loud the screen is big enough to see it.
