The hate is a bit forced...Why was Blade Runner 2049 good? Because it's well WRITTEN and well DIRECTED. Leto's other movies weren't awful solely because of him. It was the hacks that made those movies. Leto needs to get better at selecting which projects to be a part of in the first place.

I don't get where the hate came from...I'm guessing it came from Suicide Squad but that movie alone is terrible which was not Jared's fault either. It was mostly WB and the writers. Plus Will Smith was bad in that too and everyone let that slide

I don't get Jared Leto hate. I don't love him as a performer. I am not more likely to go to a movie because he's in it, but he's a decent actor. I have enjoyed movies he's been in where he contributed to making the movie better.

He’s not doing a skeletor voice so I refuse to acknowledge the idea that it could a be a good performance. It can’t. If it was a different character maybe, but I hear that voice and immediately know he is an awful skeletor.
