@michelle.enos: Costco run for our family of 6… and somehow we always leave with way more than we planned. 😅 I went in with a list, a fussy 4-month-old, and my big kids kids who suddenly “needed” everything they saw. Add in a dog and a couple of cats, and our cart filled up FAST. We’re deep in the busy season right now—dance, baseball, school, a newborn, and all the chaos that comes with it. So while I love cooking, the reality is that a lot of our meals lately are built around quick, convenient options that still help us get a balanced meal on the table.
