when they drive like this and run from the police, they should get charged with attempted murder, a vehicle is a deadly threat to the public at these speeds, so the officers should be aloud to ventilate the drivers, treat them the same as if they were pointing a deadly weapon, because that is what they are doing, and if they don't make it, one less a-hole in the world, and society would be better for it!
