Thank you! I’ve been thinking this for yeeeeears. I grew up Catholic and had to “drink the blood of Christ” - which was a sip of wine by the alter, and also eat the “body of Christ” in the communion tablet and then sat “Amen” (Egypt- Amun Ra- son god) and I got older and was like- what in the actual f*** ! We were drinking and eating Jesus? Obviously not literally but what in the hell…. Everyone was singing Latin. Men wearing robes. And women couldn’t be a priest nor could they serve the church- we had Alter Boys. And the Nuns beat my mom and dad. I l stopped going to Catholic Church the day I turned 18. (Jesus- the Pisces age)
