THIS IS THE BEST BIRRA PIZZA EVER?! 10/10? (Imma find it-Let’s find out) 😩😩.. #foodreview #food #birra #birratacos #FoodLover So at this place, I tried three different items. And just to be clear and transparent, they did give me the birria pizza and the horchata for free, and I purchased the tomato drink myself. Now, I’m going to review each one individually in full detail. Firstly, we came there for the birria pizza. The birria pizza is good, don’t get me wrong, but I personally just don’t think birria tacos aren’t the greatest thing walking this Earth. I would much rather eat a classic Mexican taco before I eat a birria taco because, to me, birria tacos usually look better than they actually taste. The birria pizza is no different. It looks very, very good, and I understand that part of the eating experience is presentation, but that doesn’t really work on me. I have a mind of my own, and my taste buds are gonna think for me. I don’t care how something looks. I could have the sloppiest-looking meal ever, and if it tastes good, I’m gonna eat it. Another thing is that the birria pizza is a little heavy on the cheese, and the cheese doesn’t really add flavor to me. It mostly just adds chewiness, which I’m personally not a huge fan of. I still gave it a good rating because the taste itself is decent. Dipping it in the broth didn’t really add much flavor either—it mostly just added moisture. But the verde sauce and the salsa really gave it the flavor boost that it needed. Next, the horchata: 10 out of 10. Absolutely amazing. I honestly don’t have much more to say about it because it tastes exactly how I explained it in the video. It tastes like the milk left over after you finish a bowl of Fruit Loops. For people who don’t know, horchata is a traditional Mexican drink usually made from rice, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. It’s sweet, creamy, and refreshing all at the same time. Lastly, we had this tomato-based drink, and honestly, I still don’t fully know what it was. It reminded me of a Bloody Mary, which is that tomato-based alcoholic drink people usually make with vodka and spices. That’s exactly what it tasted like to me. And personally? I wouldn’t be caught dead, alive, or anywhere in between drinking something like that again. Would I eat the birria pizza again? Yes… if somebody else buys it. Or if it goes viral. Because, you know… rent be due for real.
