If you live in fairfield county, tweed is the best bc it lets you avoid nyc airports or driving 2 hours to bradley

Not a place you want to hang out in for any serious amount of time, but the quick in and out makes it worth it.

I’ve flown out of Tweed several times by now. It’s really not that bad. If you don’t have a checked bag it’s pretty fast. With or without TSA precheck you can get through security in less than be 20 minutes the majority of the time.

The locals love it and it was just approved for an expansion that people have been fighting for a while. Hence the temporary building. They also party to teach kids all about airport jobs and let them take discovery flights. It’s amazing! They kids can graduate high school with a pilots license

This is my home airport, and it works amazing, sure it’s crowded but it beats taking Amtrak to dc. I save over $100 round trip each time. This airport is a god send
