I kinda get why ppls are mad what Ichika did, but she also overhated, BECAUSE in the anime Ichika never actually meant harm for Futaro's and Miku's relationship and only wanted to confess her love. Also she instantly apologized about it and arranged a date for Futaro and Miku. Also everyone pretented to be each others and for example on the spa scene, Miku told Futaro to never aproach/teach them again as Itsuki AND then later pretented to be Ichika. Same situation, same thing to do, and no one hates
