How does one achieve this build? Just started working out a few weeks ago. My build is I’m 150 and skinny, so I’m trying to gain mass and my upper body strength is weak, barely any muscle mass in my pecs, shoulders, back, and arms. Any and all tips are appreciated! Also you look absolutely incredible btw :)
