Hey so there’s rules for employees, u have to be on break/lunch to make purchases. You also can’t go grab restocked items until 15 minutes to give guest a CHANCE to get them! Hope this helps 🤪

as a target worker myself, i can honestly say we ARE allowed to buy stuff, i personally HATE the squishy toys but there’s nothing wrong, as long as we’re on our 15 or 30 we’re guests just like yall.

This is why I hate the dress code change. Used to be able to take off my vest during my breaks and shop in peace. You have no way of knowing whether that employee was on their break or off for the day.
