Sandestin Resort has a million different properties, some are individually owned condos, just like Airbnb. Sounds like that is what you chose. It’s a great place for families to stay bc dining, shopping, beach, etc are all in one location.

I grew up on Sandestin Resort - sounds like you didn’t have a helpful rental manager. Ample dining options onsite between Grand Blvd, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the Market Shops — plus the Beach House and restaurants at the Hilton. I’m sorry you had a negative experience

We use beach blue properties to rent at Sandestin. Been doing it for seven years. We stay for 10 or 11 days. We love it so much. We always get a golf cart and a house and it’s cheaper than any other way.

I just got back yesterday after a second week long trip staying at Sandestin Beachside condos,… I think it’s an absolute best bang for your buck! We got a two bedroom condo, beachside, and 6 seater golf cart. So did my in laws, 3 sisters and brothers and their families. Also paid to have the chairs set up for us everyday at the beach for the entire family. We have done this 2 separate times now and learned something new each time but absolutely couldn’t be more pleased with our stays! We had 13 adults and 8 kids all together in 6 different condos

All about the fun :
It’s a condo. Not a resort like you think of a resort. Not a hotel. You wash your own towels. Unless you are staying at a real hotel, all places on the Gulf are just condos you rent for the week. Sorry you weren’t aware.

What part did you stay in? We always stay at the Sandestin! And we love it! The food options on the Boardwalk are so good. You can show up the very 1st day and never leave- everything you need is there. Everywhere is crowded these days. Best bang for your buck in that area, for sure.

My MIL used to work the call desk in the early 2000s! It’s changed a lot since then. I would never stay there, but we do visit Baytowne Wharf if we have extra time.

Been renting homes there for years. We love it there and think it's an absolute blast for kids. So much to do and explore and plenty of restaurants. Renting a place with a golf cart is a must!!!
