I see you girl! 💕 You show up for your kids endlessly and make sure everything is constantly in order but you forget to prioritize your own health and dedicate time for your own self-care needs 🥺 You may even feel guilty for having to do something for yourself when there’s always so much to do for your babies and they constantly need us… I’m definitely going through it too. Not trying to make it seem like my life is perfect, because oh it’s so far from it. It’s been tough especially while my 12 month old is battling a sleep regression and I get basically no time to myself. It’s been all day and all night shifts for weeks now 😅 HOWEVER…making excuses gets you nowhere! If you really want to feel healthier and gain confidence, then you gotta prioritize healthy habits daily. It’s the only way! 🤷🏻♀️ Yes, even if your exhausted and unmotivated and just want to lay on the couch and eat snacks while zoning out into Paw Patrol 🤣 I promise you’ll feel 10 times better if you push yourself to get a quick workout in or go on a walk or make time for a good self care routine.
