so not pop your boils, they only get more irritated. try pimple patches, or aspirin paste to dry out the boil. also dry out the area with rubbing alcohol an absolutely insane amount of times throughout the day

You use a bottle like a beer bottle. Soda bottle, empty one, put in a pan, boil it, get the bottle warm, put it over it and it'll suck it out.
