This unforgettable day with Guided Walks NZ took us from the beautiful beech forests near Glenorchy to the crystal-clear waters of the Dart River. Along the way we learned about New Zealand's unique birdlife, sampled a leaf that somehow tasted exactly like pepper, enjoyed a lakeside lunch with an unexpected feathered guest, and somehow didn't see another person all day.
