As adults we don’t stretch anymore. What I mean by that is that I remember all through my childhood and early adulthood, I used to stretch first thing after I woke up automatically. It’s something that comes naturally. Look at babies when they first wake up, they automatically stretch. We lose that automatic reflex somewhere along the way when we’re older. Stretching is so important.
