DISCLAIMER: Yes, bidets are absolutely fine and yes, you can use one. ❤️If you use a bidet, many people still choose to wipe first, use the bidet second, and then dry off. The main point of this video is understanding the concept behind "front to back" and avoiding contamination of the vulvar area with bacteria from the anus❤️

Ah. I misunderstood the front to back thing because it never once occurred to me that people might wipe their back and front in on go, or with the same wipe.

I had to argue with a nurse when I was in the hospital that just because I was approaching from the front instead of reaching behind and under myself didn’t mean I was “wiping back to front” after peeing”
