She has a chest voice, a low placement, a deliberately slow pace, and every word is fully formed and articulated. She sounds like a woman who is controlled, cold, and has never rushed for anyone or anything. Her resonance is also notably pharyngeal, meaning it sits back and deep in the throat rather than forward in the mask like Snow White's, which is what gives her that dark authoritative vibe. Even when she's the hag she adds rasp but it's still intentional, it's still a choice that she's made.
