Exclusive breastfeeding means nothing other than feeding at the breast. So that's a max of 6 months. If you are a midwife you can't be with them 24/7 so you probably pump and someone artificially feeds them. If you mean your children are getting breastmilk and no formula then say that. Be precise, as a midwife.
