I feel like we’re missing something simple. Something you can learn once and remember without constantly going back to your notes. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the amount of information about facial massage, health and self-care. Every day there’s a new trend, a new method and another list of things we’re supposed to do. But wellbeing shouldn’t feel like a second full-time job. Lately, I’ve been reminding myself to come back to simplicity. To a few basic habits that actually make sense and can stay with you for years. And that’s exactly what I want to share with you, both online and in person. In a simple, calm and practical way. Very soon, something new will appear on my website. Something connected to facial massage, the body, habits, hormones and the nervous system. Without information overload. Without feeling like you have to do everything at once. Just simple and repeatable things that you can make part of your everyday life. Sending you a big hug.
