@mydisciplinedrive: Day 5 of doing these viral Qi Gong movements every morning. So far, I’m finding them to be an excellent way to wake up and get my body moving before the day begins. I’m not making any huge claims yet, but my shoulders are feeling better, my body feels less stiff in the mornings, and I’m enjoying the routine. For anyone asking what I’m actually doing, here’s my current 9-minute morning routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops – 1 minute ✅ Body Waves – 1 minute ✅ Trunk Twists – 1 minute ✅ Arm Swings – 1 minute ✅ McGregors – 1 minute ✅ Golf Swings – 1 minute ✅ Ballet Squats – 1 minute ✅ Marches – 1 minute ✅ Horseback Squats – 1 minute That’s it. 9 minutes to wake up the body, clear the mind, and start the day with some movement. I have done a very similar tai chi routine 3 times a day for 8 months but mine is a little more intense. Do it within 5 mins of getting out of bed. I have worked out all my life and this has totally given me pain free shoulders for the first time in 40 years. Start today! You will find it difficult but keep going and reap the benefits 💪
