There’s a website called doesthedogdie.com and you can look up whether a movie has certain things in case you want to avoid them! I have severe emetophobia and I wanted to see if the substance had 🤢 and the website will even show you timestamps so you can see exactly when those things will happen! There’s literally a million things you can search for in movies. I highly recommend it. It changed my life.

ive had terrible anxiety my whole life, my husband everytime we goes somewhere finds me a table where I can have my back to wall and if there only one choice he always takes the more awkward seat for me. it's such a small gesture but it means so much.

My boyfriend specifically carved out time in my day to make sure I saw a Bad Bunny’s halftime performance. I happened to be away from the TV for five seconds when he started the flags and he instantly yelled for me because he knew that when I was a kid, I was always sad that there were other kids that were unrepresented in most classrooms by the flags displayed. Like it was such a specific memory, and it was such a random comment that I set it in, I didn’t even remember telling him. But he did! And he made sure that little girl got her closure

One time I was studying for finals and I began to feel a panic attack come on. I was texting my boyfriend and let him know I wasn’t feeling well and that I was actually really anxious. I was going to get a snack because food usually helps with that lightheaded/shaky feeling, and he told me to wait and that there will be an uber downstairs for me. Turns out, he ordered an uber for me to our favorite sushi place. He was there and he took me out for lunch and then studied with me to make sure I felt okay. Safe to say this is the kindest gesture anyone has done for me.

I'm really sensitive to loud sounds, and would have to cover my ears when something really loud was going on, like train horns, the jump scare of a movie when it goes "boom" or just straight up yelling. since then, he would cover my ears for me or ask if I was okay when anything was remotely loud within close range. he doesn't know how much that gesture it means to me, and I love him so much.

Bf wasn’t even my bf at the time. I was moving from my apartment to my house and I didn’t have the time to hang out after work because I had to pack, eat, etc. he offered to come help me pack. We got Chick-fil-A (which I’m celiac and told him this on our date prior; he got the same thing as me and changed his cookies and cream milkshake to vanilla so my food wasn’t at risk of cross contact in the bag), ate dinner and then packed up.
