N9 is very different quality than my pop up grey one. It’s thin, pilling on the inside, doesn’t have the extra pocket… I’m very disappointed

I actually compared the two yesterday. Bought 1 on n1, but it had slight defects and I wanted to exchange them. The one they gave me was much cheaper quality. I settled for my slightly defective one. I had both next to each other. The ‘new’ ones are much thinner, less soft and doesn’t have the smaller pocket.

I bought one at N4 and washed it yesterday. It’s still fine!! I just washed it inside out on 30 degrees and let it air dry. Still the same🥰

n6! Sadly got some really bad bleach stains on the front, I've sent an email, but probably too late. After washing the colour's still good! Head isn't easiest to get through, quality overall is pretty good and sadly no phone pocket...

Mine is not good, bought it last night N9 it’s no where near the same, what’s annoying is I tried on the blue one at the pop up and it was lovely but didn’t have them there, these ones aren’t as good xx

I bought it on Friday and I have already washed it but it has faded a little but it's still fine. But for the price, the quality is not great 🫠

I bought mine last week, in my opinion it runs a bit small, but I have no problem fitting my head through the hole haha. I feel like it took some time for the material to relax and become a little softer but no I love it! I‘ve washed it already since k wore ig a lot this week and everything is still fine, no changes and no issues!
