A lot came here in the 90s due to the war and the population continues to grow. It’s been wonderful having so many cultures in Stl and this city is lit up with excitement right now. There’s so many amazing Bosnian restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Their culture is beautiful and rooted in family values and their belief system.

There are a lot of Bosnians who live in St. Louis. There are also a lot of Bosnians who live in Kansas City, I work with about eight of them. They are wonderful people.

There’s a whole section of the area called Little Bosnia by some people. I remember working as a cable installer and getting all kinds of jobs there. So many awesome people living there. This is really cool.
