Hey Dyson, I bought a Dyson Corrale™ styler straightener (Prussian Blue/Rich Copper) 1.5 year ago from the official website. And now it’s already get some problem? I have my warranty and still valid. Called Dyson and they said will repair it. But after few Days of sending it, I already received it back. And it’s still not working. They said it took 2 weeks but you returned it after 4 days. And it’s not being repair…. Are you willing to help me to repair or give the new ones please. Either one since I still have and paid extra for warranty. Appreciate you. Thank you! I can provide you with the serial number or any details if needed
