@eatswithmills: currently keeping a stash of these in my freezer at all times 🤍 recipe: 1 cup thick Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 250g dark chocolate cook the raspberries in a pan on low heat until thick and jammy. melt around a third of the chocolate and mix it into the yoghurt with the vanilla extract. fill the bottom half of an ice cube tray with the yoghurt mixture and the top half with the raspberry compote. Freeze for a few hours until solid. melt the remaining chocolate and coat each bite and add a small sprinkle of sea salt on top. leave aside to set for 5/6min after coating them. you don’t need to put back in the freezer as it was already frozen the chocolate coating will harden straight away. enjoyyyy🤎🎀 #healthyrecipes #healthydessert #EasyRecipes #foodideas #sweettreats
