if you can get them I would try a batch with citra and one with equinaut/equinox hops. they are my favorite. the eq hops have a wonderful fresh bell pepper aroma and flavor and citra are citrusy and delicious. I make an ale that is single hope with the eq hops, bittering, flavor, aroma, and then a hop back tea at flameout.
