Row two – angled downstream (with the material flow) This spray pushes material forward, rinses off surface slime, and helps dirty water pass through the screen. Think of it as a "conveying rinse." Why this is smarter Two directions do more with less water. Upstream spray helps clear near-size particles stuck in screen openings. Downstream flow prevents dry streaks and keeps material moving. This setup handles sticky construction waste and wet clay much better than a single row. But get it wrong, and you'll have problems If downstream pressure is too high, fines get pushed into oversize — your product runs coarse.
